“Relations with the Vatican are already normal, and only the seal is missing on the agreement.”
-Bishop Fellay, Jan. 29, 2017, TVLiberties
How can that be? Has rome converted and thrown down Buddha off the Tabernacle no longer having Assisi type meetings or are things more progresses than ever? Over and over we are told by the new-sspx everything is fine BUT their canonical irregularity. Of which, if they do not fix it they will be in schism and sedevacantists said Fr. Pfluger (Second assistant to Bishop Fellay), or excommunicated "again" said Bishop Fellay.
The neo-sspx claims also "There is no longer an insurmountable obstacle to a canonical recognition of the Fraternity" (Bishop Fellay, Feb. 2, 2017, Vida Nueva) And, "The state of necessity started to recede with the Motu proprio dated July 7, 2007, in which Benedict XVI acknowledged that the Traditional Mass had never been abrogated." (Bishop Fellay, cor-mariae.com/index.php?threads/bishop-fellay-claims-crisis-is-recessing.6050/ )
So there no longer is an objective State of Necessity in the church they say stemming from a new promoted religion. Thus, there is no longer “harm” and need to remain out of the false conciliar environment to protect the faith the old-sspx maintained all those years.
Is that really true?
Archbishop Lefebvre made clear in his 1987 letter to the four prospect candidates he was about to consecrate as bishops to put their miters before the pope ONLY when rome comes back to Catholic Tradition.
So, if things are normal, if they believe it, then by claiming there is no longer an obstacle for the neo-sspx therefore, they have NO
right to “negotiate” and make ‘demands’ or “deals” with the pope. They MUST put their bishops’ miters and priests’ collars in obedience before the feet of the pope immediately or they are truly held in schism regardless of their pompous rhetoric. There is not democracy in the Church to “negotiate”; only obey rightful commissions from their superiors as they demand of us.

By why do they "negotiate for a deal"? It can only mean 1) there is still a State of Necessity they are in danger of and need to protect; therefore they sin by presumption and sin by omission doing this hideous thing betraying the faith the sheep entrusted to them. Or, 2) the negotiate because they believe like all the other conciliarists believe there is a COLLEGIALITY and democracy one can negotiate within the FRATERNITY of the human community they are a part of entitled to vie for better benefits and positions (sic). There is no other way than those two.
How can this be?
Because the new-sspx found a common ground removing the premise of Doctrine stated in their 2012 SSPX General Chapter desiring the LIBERTY to seek practical means of evangelization in vein of ecumenical expression denoted in their 2012 Doctrinal Declaration agreeing to and promising to promote: the NOM as Legitimately promulgated, the modernist 1989 profession of Faith, and the 1983 Code of Canon law...
Even if the letter may be altered by exposure and marketing blow back, the spirit is still there.
Many more documents show the workings of the French revolution *Liberty-Fraternity-Collegiality* is prevalent within the new-sspx
