Why is this considered important? Who is Bill Browder? Bill Browder is a money manager who worked in Russia. And he, claimed Russia stole his company. And he describes that the lawyer/accountant he hired, Sergei Magnitsky, later died in prison, after revealing the Russia police stole $230 million dollars in tax money that was paid by Bill Browder.
The director who filmed the documentary takes on the role of film maker and investigative reporter. The results are quite eye opening.
This is important because looking for the truth and being guided by the results of the investigation for the truth, is much different then scripting the truth as a playwright or novelist would do.
