Following is a transcript Bishop Ambrose's sermon for the 10th Sunday after Pentecost.
~~~~~~~
Epistle and Gospel per the Missal.
Well,,,,What is the word of God explaining to us today. In the Epistle, we are taught that in the Church, there is one God, one Lord, one Holy Spirit; and the Holy Spirit gives gifts, different gifts, to different members of the Body of Christ, of the Church. But we must understand this to mean, when we talk about the Church, we mean the Catholic Church that was established by our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ; established on Peter, with the help of the other apostles. We have the twelve apostles with Peter as the head. The early Councils called the bishop of Rome, the successor of Peter, the archbishop of the entire Church. He was the overseeing hierarch of the entire church wherever it exists. Grace exists within the communion of the local Churches that are in communion with Peter. So that within the Church we have grace and we do not have grace outside the Church. In order to be saved we must be in the Arc of Salvation. We must be in the Church. We must be members of the body of Christ.
And so we have the example of any plant, any plant that I might have, if I cut of a branch, that branch looks like the plant. So schismatic or heretical churches have the outward appearance of the church. However being cut off from the root, they do not have what? the life of the root which we call grace flowing to it. So when you cut off a branch from the true vine it may look for a while just like the rest of the vine. Looks like a church. We have to remember that schism and heresy must be avoided at all costs. And schisms here are so rampant today. We even have teachers in what is supposed to be the true Catholic Church, who are teaching heresy and are schismatic from the Catholic Church themselves. We are in a situation where we need the Holy Spirit to give us the discernment to know where is the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.
And so that is what you are doing, you are clinging to what you know to be the true Catholic teaching of the Roman Catholic Church and the true sacraments of the Roman Catholic Church. Where you have, devotion to the See of Peter and acceptance of the teaching of all the Popes and holy Councils of the Church, up to the modernism, infiltration, Vatican II, all the popes and Councils, that is the Catholic teaching, this is the Catholic Church. May God forbid that I teach anything other than Jesus Christ in scripture and in the Tradition of the Church, may I teach only what the Church has always taught, and may I always be in agreement with all the Popes and all the Councils of the Church. And may the Holy Spirit guide those of us who are in the Church, to discern false teaching and avoid heresy and schism at all costs.
Now in the Holy Gospel today, we see two men praying in the temple. We see one who considers himself to be a just man and is giving thanks to God that he is not like these other sinners. We have them in the Church today. Just like him. Then we have the other man, who is in the corner quietly just saying, Lord God forgive me I am a sinner, I am unworthy. This is what I am always teaching you, we must imitate our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ; We must be Alter Christi, other Christs. And he exhibited humility and obedience. He was humble and obedient. The sin of Satan and then temptation to Adam was to be equal to God, to ascend to the heights to be proud and rebellious, but it says of our Lord and Savior that although equal to God in the form of God, he humbled himself and became obedient to the Father even to death on the cross.
So that is what we are called to, humility and obedience. And when you see people, boasting that they are important, or that they are holier than others, or that they are not a sinner, we are all sinners. We all need the forgiveness of God, we all need confession, we all need the saving blood of Jesus to cleanse us. We need the Holy Spirit within us, strengthening us, lifting us up. We are imperfect, we are sinners, but we must exhibit humility and obedience; that is what we see again in the Gospel. May Almighty God help you to realize that with in the Catholic Church, within the Body of Christ, in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic church. That is the One God, the One Lord, the One Faith, the One Baptism, that is the One Church.
Schism and heresy must be avoided at all costs. We must to hold to the original faith given by Jesus Christ to the apostles and handed down through the succession of bishops in communion with the Successor of Peter. Apart from that, you are branch cut off from the tree, there is no life going to you, there is no grace. It may look like a church, it may look like it is alright, but it is a demonic counterfeit. We must sacrifice and do everything we need to, too remain in the Catholic Church and receive valid sacraments, so that we know we are in the state of grace; always be in the state of grace. Be in communion with Jesus and Mary and then when you are called by Our Lord, when you least expect, you will be ready. You will always be in the state of grace, in communion with Our Lord. Thank God for the gifts he gives you, the various individual gifts which are manifest in the Catholic Church. And not outside the Church, may God help you to be humble and obedient, to avoid being rebellious and proud. You must be humble and obedient and then truly the risen Christ will be living in you. May Almighty God bless you Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Therese, if you really believe that Ambrose Moran is the real deal after so much evidence is available against him, you are as blind as a bat. You may as well go join the blind as bats faithful of the neo-SSPX. At least no one there can question the validity of the sacraments of the neo-SSPX priests.
Ecclesia Militans,
I have seen your evidence.
I have seen Fathers Hewko and Pfeifer bring to the table evidence that refutes yours and further supports their statement that Bishop Ambrose is really Catholic, priest and bishop.
Additionally, this story is not over: Father Hewko stated that there will be more to come and I know from other sources that we will receive in time more information.
So you present two choices: believe you whom I do not know from Adam OR believe the Fathers whom I do know, who have, without a single instance to the contrary, ever deviated from the public teaching of true Catholic doctrine from their pulpits.
As I recall, my optometrist declared me able to see on my last visit.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You say I can attend the sacraments of the neo-SSPX?
As sacraments are private, that may be possible. But, you had better know the proper form, we know not when it will change with them (SSPX). Also as more new neo-SSPX priests are concentrated, it will need to be determined if the ordination is valid.....
As to the Mass, Father has clearly said that if the priest or the organization (SSPX) whom he represents, changes their intention, the sacrifice also changes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As we wait for the Fathers, we should take the time to discern the doctrine of Bishop Ambrose.
Therese, you argue that the Fathers have refuted my evidence and point to their authority. I ask where the Fathers have refuted this: 1) Ambrose Moran claims he was consecrated in 1976 by Cardinal Slipyj, Bishop Borecky, and Bishop Dimitri: ambrosemoran.files.wordpress.com/2015/10/ambrose0022.jpg 2) Ambrose Moran claims Bishop Borecky wrote him a letter dated August 26, 1976 (shortly after the alleged consecration) that he, Ambrose Moran, was appointed the successor to Cardinal Slipyj: ambrosemoran.files.wordpress.com/2015/10/ambrose0021.jpg 3) The following letter dated June 30, 1980 was written by William Moran to Bishop Borecky: www.ecclesiamilitans.com/Letter_Fr._Moran_June_30_1980.pdfThis letter was obtained from Fr. Bohdan Bilinksy of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Toronto who found it in the archives of the eparchy: www.ucet.ca/chancery_193.htmIn this letter: a) William Moran addresses himself as a priest (Fr. Moran) and not as a Bishop. b) William Moran requests a reference letter from Bishop Borecky, one of the bishops that Ambrose Moran claims consecrated him, to join a schismatic Orthodox sect (Orthodox Church of America), so that he may finally be canonically regularized. Note: The letter is point #2 above was not found in the Eparchy of Toronto archives. 4) Orthodox priest, Fr. Tosi, confirms that William Moran applied to the Orthodox Church of America as an archimandrite (honorary title for Eastern Catholic and Orthodox priests) but was not accepted: www.ecclesiamilitans.com/2018/07/31/the-june-30-1980-letter-of-william-moran-to-bishop-borecky/oca.org/about/chancery-staff
Therese and/or Pulcheria, please explain the discrepancy between what I have repeatedly posted above vs. Ambrose Moran's claim that he was consecrated a bishop (twice) in 1976.
All you do is harass people here (without end). So in other words, you have no answer. Face the facts and you will conclude that Ambrose Moran lied about being consecrated a bishop by Cardinal Slipyj.
By the way, Pulcheria, you ought to publicly apologize for calling me a rash judge and detractor.
Pulcheria, I am still awaiting your public apology for calling me a rash judge and detractor when I have provided so much evidence against Ambrose Moran.
Here's another good sermon from Bishop Ambrose. Sermon for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception Before "sermons" of this "bishop" are posted, there should be two conditions met: 1) Ambrose Moran repents of his public schismatic past. 2) Ambrose Moran's "ordination" is proven with moral certitude to be valid.
