SAJM: An Approved Congregation or Illegally Erected?

Since the explosion of 2012 within Tradition resulting in a civil war both inside the SSPX and out, there has been a warfare of personalities (bishops, priests, laymen) claiming to be the top-dog in the vacuum.
Forgetting our Lord is the Head of His Church governing all things, including to sanctify and purify the faithful and unfaithful limbs, the blind Catholics and Churchmen add to the prophecy of our Lady -- they promote error persecuting her Son's Church.
During this entire civil war with each side digging trenches, Catholics who have stood uncompromised hanging on to the Providential position handed down in Tradition from the great Archbishop Lefebvre maintained in his "old" SSPX, have not only been persecuted by these evolving "personalities" seeking novel pastures, choose to remain as a lamp stand in the mission of the Church keeping the light of the Cross lit with all its intended splendor and value of Redemption doing the Father's work.
St. Ignatius says when in time of turmoil and confusion, do not make any changes, maintain the constant foundation of life and order what is taught in/by/through the Church.
However, instead of remaining constant, the seven bishops lead with a new song-pipe drawing away from the litany of the Saints.
Fr. Peter Scott, former SSPX District superior, tough in his time, and weak in his present following of the conflicted Menzingen administration, had stated clearly in 2008 the old-sspx position how to grow in the life of the Church under the suppression of its modernist Vatican leaders. "Ecclesia supplet"—the Church supplies.
Drawing the parallels and wisdom of Archbishop Lefebvre navigating through the fine lines of obedience to the Eternal Church and the present Church in Her Faith and disciplines of Canon Law within the false obedience promoted by the modernists, Fr. Scott laid out the necessary criteria - The Catholic Church imposes upon Tradition the Responsibility of Organizing itself.
Distinguishing the terms what can be done and how to organize in the Law of Supplied Jurisdiction to provide the means of salvation, Fr. Scott also stated unequivocally, as did the Archbishop, no bishop has the right to go outside of those distinct bounds -- what belongs to the Ordinary bishop and function of the Pope. Namely, not being able to set up from scratch Canonical congregations to be a branch of the Church which is a normal function of a bishop within his Ordinary Jurisdiction and needs the universality of the Pope's permission to function and give life.
Archbishop Lefebvre made this clear in founding his SSPX in 1970..."it must be Canonically recognized by the Church to give it life. I will not set anything up that is not a branch of the Church". So by Providence it has been Canonically Erected and remains so; even if the present sspx administrators are flagrant with this stewardship.
The emphasis here is the distinction between the allowance of setting up orders as an approved congregation within the bounds of supplied jurisdiction and one that is solely created as Canonically erected. Both may claim supplied jurisdiction, but only one has the authority from the Church to do so; that is, the former.
Within the life of Archbishop Lefebvre, he had shown the growth in Tradition (under the suppression) supplying for the Church with the EXISTING life of some religious Benedictines, Dominicans, Franciscans, and many others, who left there order helping them to live and maintain their vows. The Archbishop did NOT set up anything. He only help those persecuted religious to continue in their life and order of Congregation placed in whole and organic in their vows. A religious is not a religious anymore because their superiors went liberal. Consider how many times in the life of the Church many religious (Saints) who were thrown out of their orders from liberalism and reformed their order back to their original meaning. The same applies here; only with the providential help of Archbishop Lefebvre to give the the Episcopal functions of confirmations and blessings within their apostolate.
In contrast, on Aug. 22, 2016, Bishop Faure CANONICALLY erected a religious congregation with a formal SEAT fixed in Avrillé, France.
First, here is the real Official Canonically approved Decree for the SSPX done in the Catholic Church for Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and his SSPX on November 1, 1970 by Bishop Francois Charriere:

Given the urgent necessity for the formation of zealous and generous priests conforming to the directives of the cited decree;

2. The seat of the Society is fixed in 1 Chemin de la Petite Garde, 49240 Avrillé, France.
3. We approve and confirm the Statutes of the Society
We implore divine blessings on This Priestly Society That It May Attain ITS main goal Which the formation of holy priests.

Bishop Faure's act and intention to imitate and set up a real Diocesan "CANONICALLY" Decreed religious congregation as a legitimate act is FALSE -- Bishop Faure has NO jurisdiction to do this. He is a true vagabond bishop consecrated in the Williamson-line with nothing of his own but valid sacred orders.
Adding injury, the English preface on their SAJM website states they have the power to "Incardinate". Meaning, he has the same power and equality as a Canonical branch of the Church.

To emphasis, Bishop Faure did NOT extend or even try to maintain his SSPX order in virtue of his impetus - an already existing and approved congregation - he just created another order and claims himself it is "Canonically" approved. Which got passed by most of us. More so deceived when they market themselves as "continuing the work of Archbishop Lefebvre", and yet, set themselves up as separate from him.
We discovered after, that Bishop Faure had created his SAJM for political reasons, deceiving us again. We also see much clearer in their public release (Nov. 2017) of their SAJM Congregation's Statues. Ironically, Bishop Faure has even more power and control than Bishop Fellay does over the neo-sspx.
The oxymoron of Bishop Faure creating a parallel Structure and like Decree in Aug. 2016 as the SSPX, he had condemned such a thing just 8-months prior in a conference, saying:

Bishop Williamson and the other now consecrated bishops know well of this imposition of hands Archbishop Lefebvre placed on them. And told them to live and keep the unity of the faith as a condition within the necessity of supplied jurisdiction existing within the sspx. For which, Bishop Williamson confusingly says he still is a sspx priest and bishop, though acts differently, for which we have been asking him and the three other bishops to do nothing else than to continue the mission of their Episcopacy for the Church in her needs under the Archbishop's guidance and wisdom.

In fact, the Society has never had a narrow view of supplied jurisdiction. It has always applied the Canon Law principles of the analogy of law (=using accepted principles of law in similar situations) and canonical equity (=what is rightly required for the salvation of souls, the highest law) to prove the existence of supplied jurisdiction in situations not specifically mentioned in the Code. For all that it has to do is to establish a positive and probable doubt in such situations, in which case the Church certainly does supply jurisdiction (Ib.). Thus the above mentioned document states: “The bishops of the Society, devoid of all territorial jurisdiction, have, nevertheless, the necessary supplied jurisdiction to exercise the powers that are attached to the Episcopal office…” (Ib.)

We are not asking for a 'new' congregation or for you to administrate; only to continue the SAME fight of your father Archbishop Lefebvre. Not to go and do your own thing or make up a new rule or 'loose organization'. That is against what you were consecrated for." (Fr. David Hewko)
