According to an excerpt of Bishop Williamson's latest EC #DCXX (620) the SSPX's Bursar is going Conciliar - literally:
The report has come from Rome in the last few days that the Argentinian priest who was appointed by Bishop Fellay to be the Society’s General Bursar, at the request of Pope Francis and with the permission of his successor at the head of the Society, Fr Pagliarani, has rejoined the official Church, and in accordance always with the wishes of Pope Francis he resides presently in the Casa Santa Marta where the Pope himself lives; he will be incardinated in the diocese of Rome, possibly waiting to be appointed bishop by Pope Francis.
Apparently, this was reported a few weeks earlier by an Italian blog [translated via Google Chrome]:

The general treasurer (or ex) of the Fraternity of St. Pius X hosted in St. Martha by the Pope and incardinated in the Diocese of Rome?
Reliable sources tell us that what the official website of the Society of St. Pius X refers to the General Treasurer of the Fraternity, Fr Pablo Suarez, both resident for a few days in S. Martha and, apparently, in the process of incardination in the Diocese of Rome as a priest at the disposal of the Holy Father.
All this after a personal phone call from the Holy Father, following a direct contact between Don Suarez and Francesco, motivated by an ancient friendship between them.
Pablo Enrique Suarez was ordained in 2001; he was appointed Treasurer of the District of South America and then in 2014, General Treasurer of the SSPX.
Until a few days ago, Suarez himself was the guest of a house (Villa Griffoni Sant'Angelo) owned or in use by the SSPX in Castel Gabbiano , near Crema, in the province of Cremona.
Our sources report that the reason for everything is the personal disagreements with the new Superior General Don Davide Pagliarani.
We would be curious to know if this corresponds to the truth and the reasons for the generous hospitality of the Holy Father .....
The thing that worries us is also the fact that these interventions, so unorganized, in some way, risk not favoring a healthy rapprochement and seem to be unbalanced towards the priests of the various "Ecclesia Dei" Institutes who work, often with difficulty, with a strong obstructionism on the part of many (not all of them fortunately) Diocesan Bishops.
MiL is also doing some in-depth analysis on the story of the house in Castel Gabbiano.
We will keep you posted.

Note that even this [Indult] Italian blog identifies the SSPX as just another Ecclesia Dei community.
So it really is not a huge leap of the understanding to watch a high-ranking SSPX priest transition into the "official Church" as Bishop Williamson calls the Conciliar Church. [Contrast this with the clear distinctions Archbishop Lefebvre continually made when referring to the Conciliar Church.]
At this point, our reaction in hearing of Fr. Suarez leaving the SSPX to join the Conciliar Church is the same reaction we would have in hearing of a Fraternity of St. Peter priest leaving the FSSP and only saying the New Mass in his diocese - its just not a big leap.
