Is Fr. Chazal really a Vagabond?

When Bishop Faure created a new congregation (SAJM), where does this place Fr. Chazal and his lonely seminary?
Is Fr. Chazal's seminary an extension under the SAJM with its bishops? No, then why?
Why is Fr. Chazal still independent doing his own thing?
He can't survive without a bishop they tell us. And, he has been for years telling the bishops to do something (make a seminary, extend the sspx order... ). Now that Bishop Faure did something in Aug. 2016 and has a second bishop, why is Fr. Chazal stand off? Why isn't he joining them?
Why does Fr. Chazal say and live two different things?
Fr. Chazal's seminary has no state of necessity to be on his own with the existence of the SAJM, when, they both say they are still sspx priests and bishops? Or are they? If not, they are lying to us saying they continue the Archbishop's work. If they are, why set-up separate entities and separate statues? Why all the smorgasbord of independence and contradiction?
Fr. Chazal can't depend on the vagabond BW for his needs, he is human and will die soon. How can Fr. Chazal continue without a bishop for his seminary when he says it is for the Church? He is not a bishop. Hope to be consecrated a bishop? Depend on the SAJM bishops? Why? How is that objectively good for the Catholic Church being a loner? What is the point he is on his own remaining independent? He likes it? He's pressured by the vagabond BW? He doesn't believe in the SAJM? He thinks the SAJM is illegally erected? It is not an extension of the sspx organization he has been trying to foster while at the same time fornicating with the false resistance idols of trad-ecumenism?
We are told by him the bishops need to lead. The bishops have to start seminaries and grow. Why isn't he under the bishops of the SAJM? Pride? BW is very explicit he does not want to grow and do anything but offer a passive humanistic approach to worship God.
Why all the contradiction?
Even when the SAJM was announced in secret, Fr. Chazal said he didn't know about it and launched another structural change to his seminary (number three) to break away from Archbishop Lefebvre and begin a hybrid order. Imagine that.
Fr. Chazal also admitted quoting Bishop Williamson, to say, “Interestingly, it is Bishop Williamson who is also noticing that when a priest is left too much for himself, he develops defects." Yes, we can see this.
Fr. Chazal had morphed so many times like a cuddle fish saying anything that suits him and darts at anyone who points out the contradiction. Being in the false resistance oppressive environment, he now believes like them and says that “centralization and concentration of power” is a bad thing cor-mariae.com/index.php?threads/more-foolery-and-slander-from-the-false-resistance.5008/ . So why is he still in "command" of his own seminary?
He says he now believes in novus ordo miracles.
When asked in Aug. 2017 in a meeting with Fr. Pfeiffer and Greg Taylor in Ireland, Fr. Chazal remained obstinate to his new teaching rebuking his former self. Fr. Chazal endorses duplicity for the Morgon Capuchins to stay postured in the neo-sspx and claim to be in the "resistance".
Everything for everyone is a motto of trad-ecumenism.
So who changed?
Why all this independence?
Why is Fr. Chazal living like a vagabond?
Is it Catholic?
