The Tradition of Exodus

There is such a parallel with today's angst of the people in Catholic Tradition within its fractioned groups and individuals murmuring, being impatient, and running off splitting doing their own thing with that of the people in the time of Exodus. Each saying and doing opposite impassioned things from one to another, drawing customs from the pagans...contrary from the order of God.
In the Book of Exodus, God took Israel from the bondage of the false prophets, false authority, false social bonds, false everything...to restore his people in a wholesome and glorious manner to serve Him and keep the traditions He once taught them...in which they had pillaged by their sins.
Thus in dramatic fashion, God parted the sea to cut away the plural worship of Egypt. Then He led the people with a pilgrimage and contemplation in the desert that required a purification to do penance and shed them of the bad habits and customs of pagan influence. At the same time, God filled them with a new culture and miracles of bread and wonderment to capture their attention and restore their faith to Himself - the true God. This was meant to be a short time. Those daily miracles were set giving time for them to contemplate God not needing to sow or reap in the soil. Water from a stone (of Christ) was given to them. Everything was provided for their immediate needs. God gave them instead lots to do in setting a new appointment of worship, ceremonies, order, unity, mending...all those thing we wish we had time for. A lot got done...but they still murmured and complained. Some committed heinous sins within their neighbor; others still stole, some caused insurrection; some claimed an inheritance and first place at table making slaves of others. On and on goes man's litany of bad habits and sins.
Though God was patient, He prepared Moses for a New Covenant to go up on the mountain with fire blazing on top causing the people to fall in fear. Days, weeks...of Moses being gone, the people grew weary; impatient; murmured further saying God does not love them; God abandoned them; God left them reprobate for other nations to laugh at them... They returned to their former sins and made a golden calf. They sinned further to draw God's anger. God punished them and kept them longer -40 years- in the desert until the very last of the elders died. Then He took their children and led them into the promised land...
So similar to today.
The bishops and priests who walked with Archbishop Lefebvre became impatient (like Aaron) and murmured to hear God's voice again since ABL had died.
The story goes...
So again God parted the sea for the people who heard His voice from the plural worship of heathen thought (modern rome). He used His servant the great Archbishop Lefebvre to restore that order. Then He led the people of Tradition with a pilgrimage and contemplation in the desert of the world and soul that required a purification to do penance and shed them of the bad habits and customs of modernism and the ecumenical-pagan influence. At the same time, God filled them with Himself and taught them through the teachings of our forefathers; confirmed them in the faith and worship of Tradition that created millions of saints.
God captured their attention to restored their faith to Himself - the true God. This was meant to be a short time also. He gave them His Son in the Holy Eucharist; He fed them; He gave them true Catholic culture and practice; He restored the ceremonies... A lot got done...but they still murmured and complained.
Those daily gifts, miracles in fact, became tiring to them, they became lazy and wanted things from the world. So they accepted the principle and practice of the golden calf and wanted to go back to modern ecumenical rome and be recognized by them.
Though God is patient, as He once prepared through His mother's apparitions only a hundred years ago to refresh them in lessons and obligations to follow His Son. Just do one thing, our Lady said, and a miracle and wonderment will happen...to restore her Son's Church to lead His people from bondage of self. The elders in modern rome flaunted God's heed and sinned further. We know this. But those in Tradition grew weary after the parting...it grew to 50 years waiting; impatient they became; murmuring further saying God does not love them; God abandoned them; God left them reprobate for other Catholics in the new rome and the ecclesia dei movement to laugh at them... The people of Tradition returned to their former sins and made a golden calf to enter modern rome; be united and recognized by them; they felt alone from men. They sinned further to only draw God's anger.
We already know God punished those in Vatican II; the elders. All of the Vatican II's elders have all died but one. There is one left, his name is Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, known as pope Benedict XVI. He is the last of those elders who sinned against God having made and touched with his hands the ecumenical golden calf of the 1960's revolution against God.
The people of Tradition are split from wearisome and impatience. It's been too long... The people want to do something than to sit and contemplate God while doing their simple duties. St. Paul warned of this impiety saying people will be of itching ears and go here, go there, seeking God's voice. But He is in the quiet of the heart; seek Him there; you will find peace. And let God be in control of His creation.
God is God; He is good at it.
Impatience is only relative to the beholder. Ask St. Simeon Stylites, the saint who lived on a tall column.
Everything is here in metaphor to express, not only does history repeat itself, but where does our faith lie? It is God who draws out the good; on His time. Where is the light on the lamp stand? Is the lamp stand to weary to hold the light anymore? Should God take his grace from one and give it to another to be a good steward of His gifts like He did taking it away from Germany and gave the gift of faith to Mexico -- our Lady of Guadalupe?
How many lessons does it take to let God lead in our lives for a beautiful surrender? Why is it those who live...are the ones who fight God, and those on their death bed come to see God for who He is - a benevolent God?
Keep the Traditions God gave us and do not let an angel tell us otherwise (1 Timothy 4).
