Dear Friends in Christ, Many of you wanted to see Fr. Hewko's response to our letter titled 'Fr. Hewko, Fr. Poisson, Bp. Timlin and the Pope'. As the Admin locked the thread, there is no way for us to post this comment, neither can we continue any discussions. Some of you even suggested that we did not have the decency of providing Fr. Hewko's response to the audience in justice. If we are slow in our response to you all, we ask your pardon. Like many of you, we too have busy schedules. We emailed Fr. Hewko today, and he promptly gave us his permission to post his response to us in its entirety. We thank Fr. Hewko for this. If we are unable to post this comment in the locked thread, we will post this comment with Fr. Hewko's response as an attachment in a new thread and the Admin can move it to the correct location. We thank the Admin for this. We would suggest that you read our letter to Fr. Hewko, and his response to us. Both files are attached. Our prayers and good wishes to everyone. We pray that Holy Mother Church returns to Tradition. Pax Christi. Sean and Susan Fr Hewko Fr Poisson Bp Timlin the Pope.pdf (98.07 KB)

Unless I am mistaken, what people actually requested was that you email out Fr Hewko's reply to all the people you had origonally spammed with your letter. Then the reply would get the same airing before the same audience. Specifically, someone mentioned elderly friends who don't do forums and won't be likely to find this thread, but who were sent your email. Send Fr Hewko's reply also by email, to them and to everyone else, that is what was asked.
By the way, I am not going to ask about where you got your mailing list from, how you acquired the contact details of so many people who you don't know and have never met. I think we all know what's going on there and can see this for what it really is.

My friends who are elderly are serious Catholics who remember their confirmation day and the responsibility that came with it. They know the catechism. They have Archbishop Lefebvre's books and still read them. They know how information circulates these modern days and even though they don't have a computer they know people who do. To get notifications concerning Mass they decided they needed an email. With the assistance from others they opened an email account. It is those others who open the emails and read them to them to keep them up to date with limited resistance news. Some young people cannot imagine how another generation could not possibly figure out something so simple to them and do not understand the obstacle for older people. But when something is so important to you, you will figure out a way to overcome that obstacle and they did. God bless them.

immaculate mary,
Two questions:
1. I have received repeated messages asking whether or not Fr. Hewko's response to you (referenced above) was subsequently emailed to the same souls you sent out your previous questions to, on July 26th. To my knowledge, this has not occurred. Is this correct? And if this is correct, do you intend to email the response?
2. Do you intend to answer to EM's question above (and posted again today here)?

2. Do you intend to answer to EM's question above (and posted again today here)? Dear Admin, Our response to your questions. 1. We posted our letter titled " Fr. Hewko, Fr. Poisson, Bishop Timlin and the Pope" and Fr. Hewko's response to our letter openly on thecatacombs. We did not receive emails from souls requesting Fr. Hewko's letter to be sent to them (posted on thecatacombs with his permission) and if we receive an email from them, we will email them a copy of Fr. Hewko's letter. If you have received messages, and if you do not mind, could you forward those messages to us, so that we can email them a copy of Fr. Hewko's letter? Alternatively, in Catholic charity, could you or members of this forum can direct those souls to thecatacombs thread titled "Fr. Hewko, Fr. Poisson, Bp. Timlin and the Pope" where they can view our letter and Fr. Hewko's response themselves. 2. It has been suggested that we are derailing the thread of discussion, when that is not the case at all. Ecclesia Militans asked a question in a previous thread that was locked (" OLMC et al.: Fr. Hewko, Fr. Poisson, Bp. Timlin and the Pope",) and has once again asked the same question on the thread " Moran making more inroads among OLMC laity?as well as this thread. Ecclesia Militans question was not related to the topic of " Fr. Hewko, Fr. Poisson, Bishop Timlin and the Pope", nor is it related to ' Moran making inroads with OLMC laity'. While we could not answer Ecclesia Militans question on the previous thread as it was locked, we can reply to Ecclesia Militans on the thread " Moran making more inroads among OLMC laity?" But if were to respond, wouldn't it be said that Ecclesia Militans question is "to deflect and distract from the subject at hand" and therefore, any response from us to Ecclesia Militans will also be "to deflect and distract from the subject at hand". Wouldn't that suggest that questions and responses by Ecclesia Militans, etc., including ourselves, are derailing the threads? Pax Christi.

IM,
I am at a loss to find that we are in a position to explain to you what is due someone in justice. To intelligent people such as yourselves, it is beneath you to somehow rationalize that if the delivery of questions to Fr. Hewko was emailed to however many souls and a response was received from that priest as you asked, that in justice you can switch platforms in how that response is shared.
Again (I hate having to keep repeating this word but), this is disingenuous. As has been pointed out to you by multiple members here publicly, not everyone who received the email from you is aware of The Catacombs.
Furthermore, I cannot in good conscience give you an opportunity to avoid doing the right thing by giving you a list of names of those who have asked for Fr. Hewko's response, nor will I encourage them to write to you personally. This is YOUR responsibility. It is NOT mine, nor anyone else's responsibility to do what you will not.
Quite frankly, IM, if you do not email out Fr. Hewko's response soon then I will be forced to ban your account. Because it will then be clear that you are only using The Catacombs for your own private agenda. And it will also be clear that you are not here to help further the work of Archbishop Lefebvre and the old-SSPX.
Tread carefully, IM.
P.S. As for your other points, I answered them a few moments ago on another thread where you brought them up. To not bore people by repeating it again here, I refer you to my comments here.

From the previous thread ( OLMC et al.: Fr. Hewko, Fr. Poisson, Bp. Timlin and the Pope): Dear Ecclesia Militans, This might be our last post to you before our account is banned by the Admin and our posts are deleted. We do not know the specifics of the excommunication given by Bp. Moran to you. Since you said that Bp. Moran declared you automatically excommunicated BEFORE Fr. Pfeiffer parted ways with him, could you let us know if that Bp. Moran declared you automatically excommunicated BEFORE Fr. Hewko left OLMC? Pax Christi.
